		<description>I have heard of people taking out cards that offer 0% financing and no fees on cash withdrawals.  You would take a $1000 out, sock it away in savings for that year and let it accrue interest in your bank acount.  Then repay it right before the 0% offer went away and keep the  money you made on the interest at your bank!  Some one blogged they were doing this with numerous cards and averaged about $3000 a year being made on the interest! Talk about sticking to the credit card company!</description>
